Sarah Drexler brings over 15 years of experience in the developmental services sector. Starting as a direct support professional, Sarah has taken on a variety of different roles in collaborating with developmental service agencies throughout Ontario. Sarah is passionate about increasing the capacity within agencies to implement effective behavioural supports to increase the quality of life and promote independence for people receiving service. 

Sarah is a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst with a Masters Degree in Applied Disability Studies and a Doctorate of Education, and a principal partner in Drexler Leddy and Associates
