Our RTC’s are responsible for the ongoing operations of our residential services. They support our DSP 2’s with providing Leadership, support, training, and guidance to our frontline professionals. Joanne and Bobbi Jo bring decades of combined experience in residential services to Marsh Hill Homes and are critical members of our Leadership group.

Client Care Advisor/QAM’s and Day Program Coordinator: Rebecca Steele

Marsh Hill Homes believes that one of the ingredients to providing the highest standards in care is to ensure our front-line professionals are supported and resourced in a substantial way. Rebecca provides support and guidance to ensure that all the individual needs of those we support are met. This role dovetails nicely into providing ongoing oversight of our QAM’s expectations ensuring that the QAM’s standards are exceeded everyday.

New to Rebecca’s role is the implementation and oversight of our Day Program. Rebecca develops the daily schedules and ensures all resources are provided for ongoing activities. Rebecca works collaboratively with the DSP 2’s to support the direct service staff in working with our individuals.
