Our DSP’s are the heart of Marsh Hill Homes. Responsible for the constant care of our individuals we have a very committed and highly competent team of professionals working day in day out to deliver our values, philosophy, and approach to residential and day program services. Our DSPs are an eclectic group bringing wide ranging experiences and perspectives to enrich our workplace and the homes of those we support.

Residential Support Worker

The Marsh Hill model of comprehensive support has led us to develop the RSW role. Our RSW’s come with strong backgrounds in caring for those with complex needs, the RSW’s ensure Activities of Daily Living are successful and ensure important routines of residential living are completed to support our DSP’s in allowing them to focus on implementing our BSP’s and ISP’s, daily schedule and clinical programming
