Marsh Hill Homes believes in having a robust leadership component in our programs. Leadership is present to coach, support, guide and ensure accountability to the standards and philosophy of Marsh Hill Homes.

The DSP 2 position is the key position within this approach. The DSP 2’s are a part of our Direct Service Team, working in ratio, but providing the leadership and coordination on every shift including Overnight shifts. The presence of the DSP 2 brings active and engaged leadership to our teams to support the best possible outcomes.
